The Space

The Oakland Peace Center offers spaces to the community for mission-aligned events and activities. Constructed in the 1930’s by the First Christian Church of Oakland as a place of worship, we are located in the Oakland Avenue-Harrison Street neighborhood of Oakland. There are a variety of spaces including large halls for gatherings or meetings, private office space, space for the arts. Use of the space should be in alignment with the mission of OPC.

  • adjacent commercial kitchen available for catering setup, no appliances or hot water

THE GARDEN

Neighbors and community partners have come together to plant a garden so that food is available for those in need and herbs can be harvested for their healing qualities.
