Our Space
The First Christian Church of Oakland (FCCO)—where the Oakland Peace Center is housed—offers its spaces to the community for mission-aligned events and activities under a donation-based agreement. The First Christian Church of Oakland’s beautiful building in the Oakland Avenue-Harrison Street neighborhood of Oakland is just a block off of Broadway, and there is a parking lot. Any occasional uses of the spaces in the First Christian Church of Oakland building are subject to non-profit compliance and should be in compliance with the mission statement of the First Christian Church of Oakland, the current owner of the building. Their spaces cannot be used for events that endorse or support a particular candidate for political office.
